Availability - You may purchase images directly from me. Most, but not all, images are available for purchase in one form or another. Please inquire about the price, availability and output options of the specific image(s) of interest. Print Editions - Prints are produced using the Giclee method on archival paper or canvas and they look fantastic. However, contrary to some information you may read, these prints are rather vulnerable to sunlight—even when the highest quality materials are used. To address this issue I offer giclee prints in two ways: Exclusive Edition Prints If an image has never been sold or reproduced for sale it may be purchased as an Exclusive Edition Print. When a print is purchased as an Exclusive Edition I print a single edition of one print. I mount the print on a highly durable base material (usually aluminum) and sign on the mounting (usually by engraving). In addition to the print I also supply a high resolution image file on a CD and grant exclusive rights to the purchaser/owner to transfer the data to any other medium and to reproduce the image as often as they wish. I do this to assure the longevity of the piece and the uniqueness of the edition. I do reserve the right to reproduce the image for reference and promotional purposes but will not reproduce it for any other reason without the consent of the owner. Non-Exclusive Edition Prints If an image has not been previously purchased or reproduced for purchase or has been previously purchased as a Non-Exclusive Print or Limited Use Digital Image it may be available for purchase as a Non-Exclusive Edition Print. When these images are purchased I will produce and ship a single signed and numbered print. Print Sets A Print Set is a collection of small prints sold as a set. The prints are individually mounted and are accompanied by a signed document of authenticity. Digital Editions - You may purchase images as digital files. When a Digital Edition is purchased I will send the image(s) on a CD/DVD. There are two types of Digital Editions: Exclusive Unlimited Use Digital Images If an image has never been sold or reproduced for sale it may be purchased as an Exclusive Unlimited Use Digital Image. When an image is purchased in this format the purchaser/owner will receive a full-resolution digital file and is granted unlimited exclusive rights to display, reproduce or resell the image as often as they wish. A signed document of authenticity and exclusive rights will be issued. Non-Exclusive Use Digital Images If an image has not been previously purchased as an Exclusive Edition Print or Exclusive Digital Edition it may be available for purchase as a Non-Exclusive Use Digital Image. This format allows the purchaser to digitally display the image for their own private or commercial use but does not allow the image to be reproduced or resold. Images purchased in this format will be supplied at screen-resolution (1500 x 900 maximum).
