About the Art Tools and Techniques Zoom Into an Image     Tools Hardware: PCs with lots of memory and big monitors. Software: Adobe PhotoShop and occasionally Adobe Illustrator and MetaCreations KPT Technique The images are created entirely from scratch on the computer. I start with a blank document and I don't use any photography or scanned images. I build up and manipulate the images in many ways including drawing, coloring, photo filtering, color adjustments, flipping and rotating, layering, and distorting. I often combine many layers of shapes and textures together to create a single final image. Website The exhibits have been created with jalbum, a fantastic free tool. Many thanks to the folks there for their fine work and generosity! Also used for the exhibits is an elegant and powerful skin for jalbum called BananAlbum.
